Opportunity for impact
As an RN working remotely, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality virtual care for cardiovascular patients across multiple practices. You'll triage clinical messages, coordinate follow-ups, handle medication refills, and support pre-visit planning and patient education — all within the existing workflows of our partner clinics. This fully remote role is ideal for experienced cardiovascular RNs who are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and committed to providing responsive, patient-centered care.
Role and responsibilities
- Triage incoming clinical messages from patients and route them appropriately within partner clinic workflows.
- Coordinate patient follow-ups to ensure continuity of care and timely next steps.
- Handle medication refill requests in collaboration with prescribing providers.
- Support pre-visit planning, including reviewing patient records and preparing charts ahead of appointments.
- Educate patients on cardiovascular conditions, treatment plans, and the importance of lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate closely with NPs, cardiologists, and in-office clinical staff to ensure seamless, coordinated care.
- Operate within the established workflows and technology platforms of our partner clinics to deliver responsive, efficient service.
Professional qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Experience as an RN in cardiovascular care or a related field.
- Strong clinical judgment and triage skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and other remote care technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, responsive, and patient-centered care.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining close coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
The ideal candidate also has
- Prior experience in telehealth or remote care delivery.
- Outpatient clinic experience in cardiology.
- Multi-state or compact RN licensure.
